ClipsnRoll Terms of Use

These General Conditions of Contracting (hereinafter, Terms of Use) establish relationships between Internet users (hereinafter, the user or users) and Nexus Live, SL, Society with registered office in Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 672, Barcelona (08010), Barcelona, with contact email hello@clipsnroll.com and with CIF B67560854, which is registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona to Volume 47163, Folio 166, sheet B-543244, inscription B-543244 (hereinafter, NEXUS) makes available to users through its ClipsnRoll application (hereinafter, THE APP) and its website (hereinafter, THE WEB).
These conditions of use will be applicable jointly with the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the NEXUS Cookie Policy and any other document that regulates aspects of ClipsnRoll, without prevailing over another.
ClipsnRoll is a software that uses AI to find the best moments in long-form videos and convert them into viral short clips in vertical format, ready to share on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other platforms (hereinafter, THE CLIPS).
Consent
Users can access ClipsnRoll with their user account or create a new account. Registration by users on ClipsnRoll is subject to prior acceptance in an express manner of all the conditions of use in force at all times.
If a user was not in accordance with the content or part of the content of these Terms of Use, it can not be registered on ClipsnRoll, not being able to access or have the services that are offered. The user should carefully read these conditions of use each time you access or use ClipsnRoll, as they may suffer modifications.
Nexus reserves the right to deny at any time, without the need for prior notice and without the right to compensation, access to ClipsnRoll to those users who fail to comply with the present conditions of use or any other Nexus policies.
Record
When the user is recorded by filling out the ClipsnRoll Registration Form, it recognizes having knowledge of the content of the conditions of use and expressly declares that it accepts them. Therefore, the user guarantees that the data provided to ClipsnRoll are true and correct.
ClipsnRoll Services
Users, once registered on ClipsnRoll, will be able to upload long-form videos and use ClipsnRoll AI to automatically detect the best moments and generate viral short clips.
ClipsnRoll allows users to create clips with animated subtitles, vertical format conversion, custom stickers, hooks for social media, and publish directly to TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
The user guarantees that the activities performed with ClipsnRoll and the clips will be adapted to the law, moral, public order, good customs, committing to that in no case will be offensive and/or harm to Nexus, users of ClipsnRoll and/or any third party.
License of use of ClipsnRoll
Nexus grants a free personal use, non-transferable, indefinite license, around the world and not exclusive on ClipsnRoll for the user to access ClipsnRoll on his computer and/or mobile device.
Nexus is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of ClipsnRoll (including the manuals for use, its technical specifications, algorithms, source code and object code) that will continue to be owned by Nexus.
Product guarantee
Without prejudice to what is established in these Terms of Use and when applicable, Nexus will respond from faults in accordance or the defects on ClipsnRoll within the period of two (2) years following the date on which ClipsnRoll was installed.
ClipsnRoll software updates
Nexus will provide the updates and corrections of the current version of ClipsnRoll for normal operation, but Nexus will not be required to provide updates or assistance. In the event that Nexus, at its sole discretion, will provide updates of ClipsnRoll, the user accepts that Nexus can end these updates, at any time and for any reason.
Right of withdrawal
Once the present conditions of use are accepted, users understand and accept that when the ClipsnRoll service has been fully executed, as well as when the supply and execution of digital content have been carried out, there will be no right of withdrawal by virtue of Article 103, letter m), of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
Guarantees and obligations of ClipsnRoll users
Users guarantee to ClipsnRoll that the data provided are true and correct, that have the sufficient legal capacity, the consents and authorizations necessary for the acceptance of these conditions of use, as well as to carry out the use of ClipsnRoll and clips.
Responsibility and guarantees of ClipsnRoll
ClipsnRoll will not be responsible for those obligations assumed and/or rights that would have acquired by the established relationship between users or with third parties.
ClipsnRoll has the right to temporarily suspend and without notice the accessibility to the application for maintenance or security reasons.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions of use, the privacy and cookies policies and/or the legal notice of ClipsnRoll, as well as any relationship between users and Nexus, will be governed by Spanish legislation. In case of conflict, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona.

ClipsnRoll users acknowledge and accept that linked Services may add, remove, fork, and modify features of their third-party services. ClipsnRoll is not responsible for disruptions caused by modifications to the linked services.
Google security settings and user access revocation
ClipsnRoll uses the YouTube API services.
If you wish to revoke access to the Google and YouTube services you have linked through ClipsnRoll, you can access and modify the applicable security settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
