Normation of the owner

In compliance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, of the Law on Services of the Information and Electronic Commerce Society, Internet users (hereinafter, the user or users) are informed that this Legal Notice and its conditions regulate public access that Nexus Live, SL, Society with registered office in Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 672, Barcelona (08010), with contact email hello@clipsnroll.com and with CIF B67560854, which is inscribed in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona al Tomo 47163, Folio 166, sheet B-543244, inscription B-543244 (hereinafter, Nexus) offers users through its ClipsnRoll application (hereinafter, THE APP) and its website (hereinafter, THE WEB).

The conditions that are collected here are applicable to all access forms that are made to ClipsnRoll, including Internet, mobile via or any other device. Likewise, this legal notice will be jointly applicable with the ClipsnRoll Privacy Policy, the ClipsnRoll Cookies Policy and the ClipsnRoll Terms of Use.

Acceptance

From the moment when users enter and use ClipsnRoll they are accepting the legal notice, so access to ClipsnRoll is conditioned on the prior reading and acceptance by any user of the Terms, Conditions, Communications, Warnings and Legal Notices. If any user was not in accordance with the content or part of the content of this Legal Notice, it must abandon ClipsnRoll.

The user declares to be of legal age and/or dispose of sufficient legal capacity to be linked to the legal notice. Likewise, it expresses expressly that the access and use of ClipsnRoll, its services and the content takes place under its sole and exclusive responsibility.

Nexus reserves the right to make without prior notice the changes and modifications it deems appropriate on ClipsnRoll and the Legal Notice.

Guarantees and responsibility of ClipsnRoll

ClipsnRoll has the right to temporarily suspend and without notice the accessibility to the application, as well as to reserve the right to provide or cancel the services.

ClipsnRoll will offer and provide the services offered, guaranteeing the secret of communications that could exist with the user and responding to the claims that could be asked.

The user understands and accepts that ClipsnRoll has been created and developed in good faith by Nexus and offers it in its current state to users.

ClipsnRoll is not responsible for those access and/or incorrect access problems on the part of users due to the use of a computer system not suitable for it.

Obligations of the ClipsnRoll user

The user is obliged to carry out a lawful use of ClipsnRoll and the services offered in accordance with current legislation, respecting the rights of intellectual property and/or industrial and/or any other type of Nexus and third parties.

The user undertakes not to do through ClipsnRoll any action that causes damage or alterations, nor hint the operation of ClipsnRoll.

Data protection and cookies

ClipsnRoll will respect, at all times, both the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, of Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Users can expand all this information in the ClipsnRoll Privacy Policy and the ClipsnRoll Cookies Policy.

Intellectual and industrial property

Nexus, as an exclusive or non-exclusive owner or assignment, holds the intellectual and industrial property rights over all elements of ClipsnRoll; including software and its source and object codes, texts, graphics, videos, images, designs, distinctive signs, logos, commercial names, brands, color combinations, as well as structure, selection, management and presentation of the content.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice, the ClipsnRoll privacy policy and cookies policy and/or ClipsnRoll terms of use, as well as any relationship between users and Nexus, will be governed by Spanish legislation. In case of conflict, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona.

In compliance with the provisions of Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, Nexus informs of the existence of an online litigation platform made available by the European Commission, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
